I've been mixing this into my morning routine and the balance it strikes is real—I feel focused and steady without that jittery edge, like I'm moving through the day with a clear head. The way it calms my mind while keeping me productive is exactly what I needed.

The powder dissolves cleanly in water with no clumps, and within twenty minutes I'm moving through my to-do list with a focus that feels almost meditative. It's the first energy formula that doesn't leave me jittery or crashing later—just a steady, leaf-in-the-wind kind of momentum.

I was skeptical about a supplement claiming to deliver both calm and energy, but the balance here is real. I’ve been taking it for a week and I actually catch myself breathing deeper and moving through tasks with a steadier, more methodical pace.
